Knitting
The knitting plant has more than 100 large circular knitting machines, including:
- Single jersey knitting machines
- Double jersey knitting machines
- Rib machines
- Tension free fabric inspection machines
The gauge of knitting needle ranges from 6G to 36G
Dyeing & Finishing
The dyeing plant has more than 50 sets of advanced German, Italian and Swiss fabric dyeing and finishing equipment, including:
- HT ecological overflow dyeing machines
- Automatic dyes & auxiliary delivery system
- Scouring and bleaching machines
- Open-width oil removal washing machines
- Relaxation dryers
- Pre-shrinking machines (knitting, woven)
- Singering & Napping machines

Dyeing capacity can reach 800 tons per month
Printing
The printing plant has more than 20 advanced machines, including
- 3 ICHINOSE Rotary screen printing machines
- 3 ICHINOSE Flat screen printing machines
- 2 Steamers
- 1 Intelligent steaming machine
- 3 Washing machines
- ……
Printing capacity can reach 900 tons per month

Our laboratory is equipped with advanced machines to ensure the accuracy of production
- Datacolor measuring instruments
- Automatically drip machine
- XRITE JUDGE QC color matching light boxes
- UNI DYE all-round color sample machines (small size)
- Starlet infrared dyeing sample machines (medium size)
- Continous setting dryers M-6
Testing center
The testing center is built as CNAS lab standards. A variety of physical testing equipment is equipped to meet EU/US/JP standards. Test items include:
